The location was convenient, with the bus stand and Railway Terminal nearby. We were able to walk to popular attractions like the planetarium, zoo, and museum. There were also plenty of good restaurants in the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a great shower that provided lots of hot water. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of options including omelets. The staff here were friendly and attentive, fulfilling our requests promptly. They even upgraded our room without any extra charge when our booked room type was unavailable. it was a very enjoyable experience.

The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including omelets.

That the staff sometimes let themselves into the rooms too quickly after ringing the doorbell, which felt a bit invasive. The initial front desk experience was also not very welcoming.

We had some issues with the housekeeping staff entering our room without permission. the front desk receptionist seemed unfriendly when we first arrived.
